Directing note: how much should move

A motion setting changes the amount of movement without rewriting the prompt. Six models document one. As of 2026-09-25.

It is useful when a shot is right in content but too busy, or too still.

Where no setting exists, the words carry the amount: slowly, gently, sudden.

2The film language, written for you

Where “How much should move” has to be written by hand, SceneMixer's pipeline writes the shots; its guides explain:

Typically 60–120 seconds, always 9:16 vertical, ending on a hook. SceneMixer's episode outlines are generated with that pacing, and setting a project to 9:16 makes every segment vertical (the default is 16:9).

SceneMixer turns a novel into a watchable short-drama series in one pipeline: upload the novel (Chinese or English) → AI extracts characters, scenes, and an episode-by-episode structure → generates consistent character and scene art → writes storyboard scripts → renders video segment by segment (16:9 by default, 9:16 in one setting) → composites full episodes.
