Which models cut inside a clip and define shot sizes?
5 of the 24 models: Kling AI, LTX, SceneMixer, Sora and Wan. The other 19 do not, in the docs read. As of 2026-09-25.
| Model | Cuts | Framing | What the docs say |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kling AI | Several shots per clip | Shown in examples | Shot size and angle open each numbered shot in the guide's examples |
| LTX | Several shots per clip | Shown in examples | Detail is matched to shot scale: close-ups need more than wide shots |
| SceneMixer | Several shots per clip | Shown in examples | Each numbered shot in a segment carries a framing change, written by the storyboard step |
| Sora | Several shots per clip | Shown in examples | The guide asks for a stated framing and shows weak and strong ways to write it |
| Wan | Several shots per clip | Defined in a glossary | A prompt dictionary covers shot size, camera angle and lens alongside light and movement |
Inclusion rule. Models whose own docs meet the condition in the question. Order. Alphabetical by model name.
1Why it matters
A clip with cuts inside it is only as useful as the writer's control over each shot in it. Models whose docs both describe several shots in one generation and name shot sizes let a scene be written as coverage: a wide, then a close-up, then a reverse, in one pass with the same light and cast.
