Which AI video models' docs name a pull-out?
3 of the 24 models: Luma Dream Machine, MiniMax Hailuo and Wan. The other 21 do not, in the docs read. As of 2026-09-25.
| Model | How the docs use it | From the docs |
|---|---|---|
| Luma Dream Machine | defined | Push In / Pull Out Zooms the camera in or out, creating a sense of closeness or distance. |
| MiniMax Hailuo | command | [Push in] , [Pull out] |
| Wan | example | a pull-out reveals scale or isolation |
Inclusion rule. Models whose own docs meet the condition in the question. Order. Alphabetical by model name.
1Why it matters
A pull-out moves the camera away from the subject during the shot, revealing what was outside the frame. It is the opposite of a push-in and does the opposite job: where a push-in tightens on a moment, a pull-out widens to show its consequence, or leaves a character smaller and more alone at the end of a scene. Some docs list it as a command and some only as a word in an example prompt, which changes how reliably it is followed.
